I use code as my primary medium to create pieces that are both visually striking and conceptually engaging while also drawing inspiration from the techniques, styles, and themes of the Italian masters.
I am particularly interested in exploring the relationship between technology and tradition, and I often use my art to comment on the ways in which the dig- ital and physical worlds intersect. My work is also inspired by the masters such as Michelangelo, Raphael, and Leonardo (Not the ninja turtles) and their use of form, color, and composition to create powerful and emotive art.
In my practice, I often use a combination of programming languages, libraries, and frameworks to create pieces that are both visually striking and conceptually engaging. I use code to generate and manipulate images and also to create interactive and responsive pieces.
